We will never stay at this hotel again. The place is not maintained very well. The roofdeck has a swimming pool that has no water , electrical wires hanging. The roofdeck looked abandoned with some chairs and bar equipments left there …

The suite is good for 5 people. The beds are nice and well prepared. |We can't use the electric stove due to the lack of kitchen utensils. |The water in the bathroom was good because of the hot and cold options. |It has a cool ambiance too especially the pool on the rooftop looking over the ocean and other buildings nearby.

Staff here are amazing and the place offers everything for an enjoyable family stay. We didn't take the breakfast in hotel, we chose to make our own. Supermarkets are close by so are fruits and vegetables stands. Everyone in hotel is super polite and helpful, from the moment we landed to our boarding upon return we received help and assistance from the hotel's staff. Make sure to add this service to your booking, it's really worth it. This was our second stay here and we'll definitely come back again.

The staff are accommodating. The rooms are generally clean. I hope they can maintain their cleanliness. During our visit, the hotel is under renovation. The price is affordable. It's near the beach, so it's pretty accessible to the restaurants.

Vị trí ở station 2 nên đi lại, ăn uống đều rất thuận tiện, nhân viên khách sạn tốt bụng, có vấn đề gì đều giúp tôi. Nhưng có vấn đề với toilet phòng chúng tôi đã tắc, họ đã đến giải quyết 3 lần nhưng đều không ổn lắm. Trong phòng có bếp để nấu ăn, khách sạn cung cấp cho chúng tôi nồi cơm điện, nồi nấu, chảo để bạn có thể tự nấu ăn đơn giản. Bể bơi vào buổi tối có nước ấm nên có thể bơi vào tối khá thoải mái. Khách sạn tôi nghĩ chưa đủ để được tiêu chuẩn 4 sao, tôi đã ở nhiều khách sạn 4 sao khác đẹp hơn rất nhiều. Ở Azalea các thiết bị hơi cũ. Sàn thang máy sờn và cũ. Có thể ở đảo xa nên tôi không thể đòi hỏi những thứ cao cấp hơn.

Terrible customer service if you have guests. They would always look for ID. Heck its a beach place. Would you carry around your IDs all the time? They also have a curfew of 10pm for your guest. We’ve been to 5 star hotels thats way way more accommodating, they would let you in even if its the middle of the night. Not a great place for friends.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The included buffet breakfast had limited selection but was still plentiful nonetheless. Being only a 5 minute walk away from the beach is super convenient and I like how they give you free beach towel rentals upon request. My only complaint was that our bathroom in room 528 constantly had a foul sewer odour emitting from around the toilet area and the already small shower has no real enclosure. When showering you’ll likely flood the whole bathroom floor. Staff was attentive in cleaning the room thoroughly however the sewer odour is likely coming from a bigger, underlying plumbing/drainage issue and couldn’t be resolved. No wifi in the rooms but works well in the lobby. Overall, a great value stay centrally located in station 2 with convenience stores nearby with all essential items.

The hotel is pure white and simple and clean. The breakfast changes every day. The service staff are friendly and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. You can walk directly to the beach, bars, shopping malls, and famous restaurants within walking distance.
